Checks and controls are established right from the procurement stage by technically competent staff. Some of the Raw material for our products is grown at our own farm, other than these, vegetable oil, bees wax and some herbs are bought from the Adivasis and tribals who collect these from wild growth in the Central India forest .

We have a system called panchendriya parikshan (test for the 5 essential qualities) for ensuring that only the highest quality raw materials enter the production process. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) have been adopted and are strictly adhered to while preparing every batch. Production is subject to stringent quality control by Cosmetologists and Ayurvedic Doctors, and periodic checks are carried out before the batch is finally ready. After this, every batch is tested for pH, Stability & Microbial control, conducted at both the in house laboratory and at independent testing laboratories. This ensures standardisation and total quality control before final packaging. The packaging is also thoroughly checked and filling is supervised in hygienic conditions. Only after a thorough final check are the goods finally despatched.

Our facilities are approved and licensed by the Food & Drug administration, and we are a registered member of CHEMEXCIL- an export promotion council of the Government of India. Our products are registered in several European countries and all our products comply with EU hygiene requirements. We conduct tests at our in house laboratory, in independent research laboratories, at the Beauty & Therapy Centre, and at University laboratories & Hospitals. In personal cases we get analysis from International bodies like Société Générale de Surveillance, Geneva (SGS) on behalf of the buyers. 
We also regularly conduct surveys with our buyers and distribution agents to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our products and in doing business with us.
