In the Indian market we have recently entered a joint marketing agreement with the House of Baidyanath, one of the leading manufacturers of Ayurvedic medicines in the world.

Retail Distribution
Under this agreement we provide the products in our packing & label to buyers interested in selling the products through individual stores or boutiques

Wholesale Distribution
We provide the products in our packing with either the buyers label or ours. The buyer markets the product through the wholesale route in a particular region or country. Exclusive agreements (subject to certain conditions) could be signed for the region or country that the buyer is interested in marketing our products.

Private Label
The buyer identifies and supplies us with the packaging and label design, or we procure the packaging materials on behalf of the buyer, and we pack the finished products accordingly in the buyers label. We will sign exclusive agreements (subject to certain conditions) with our buyers guaranteeing that the products will not be sold in the country or region identified.

Bulk for Re-packaging
We supply the products in medical grade 5-kg. Jars and 35 Lt. carbouys that will be repackaged into consumer packaging by the buyer. We will sign exclusive agreements (subject to certain conditions) with our buyers guaranteeing that the products will not be sold in the country or region identified.
